Application stage, then there were the standard psychometric and numerical skills test.
After that an invitation to attend an assessment center for the final round and a quick tour of the office was also given. It was a well rounded interview process.

Assessment center involved many stages, one was the group scenario where we had to work together as a group to deal with a given problem. Then there were personal interviews where we had to give a presentation.
