I didn't interview because I was good at my job. I was supposed to even though I was promoted internally. Usually, you have to interview with the district manager before you can hold a department supervisor position. The questions they ask just depend on who your district manager is.

Brief, good. The general Mgr. at this location has many years of experience, he knows how to conduct an interview. There's really not much more to add. I was brought on as p/t stock help. Within 1 month I was f/t Dept. Supv.
