The process involved a number of successive interviews, from an initial screening assessment to a technical competence assessment, followed by a presentation to a panel with Q&A, and a final 1-2-1 interview with a VP.

Smooth and transparent, the way to share the expectations, how to fit on the organizational culture, values, principles was a very good strategy. Reaching like being on a story teller was also a good approach since gave more impact in the benefits I can help to BackBase

It requires three interviews, the first one about the rol and my profile and experience. The second about how to deal with common situations in the rol. The third one was about a successful real case.
