Very organized and well structured. The team at Backbase is very supportive and helpful. They assign you a buddy to work with and get some mentorship along the away. They provide guiding material for the final interview and allow you time in advance to prepare for it. Always conscious of the fact that you may already have other responsibilities

Refreshing & mature. The process was unlike a typical interview where the resume is laid in front of the hiring team. Instead, the interview felt like more of a conversation and open dialogue. The culminating event was a 45 minutes presentation on the Backbase solution. It was nice to see a tried & true interview process.
