In my case, I had four stages of interview process as below:
1st - HR recruiter casual chat for 30 mins
2nd - Lead Principal BA interview for 45mins
3rd- VP interview for 30mins
4th - Local Member interview for 30mins
5th - Case Study Session - 60mins

Applied position was a Local BA, so I was asked about my experience of basic BA RnR in my career and what is pain points and difficulties of BA role in local country.

Entretien
There were 4 rounds - one with the internal recruiter, face to face with line manager, task based round and then a presentation/role play round.
Backbase were fairly quick with the whole process.
