Entretien
Basebase interview process is straightforward. It starts from a screening session followed by technical and behavioural / cultural fit interviews. The overall process is efficient (within 2 weeks) and the recruiting team are thoughtful as on every stage, they are trying to know you and see your strength and the same time let you know about Backbase.

Question 1
For the technical part, I got a homework project before face to face session. In the face to face session, you will be demonstrating the functionality, explaining /evaluating your design and testing and given some new change requests to modify your code.
The non-technical part are about explaining your project experiences and your day to day way of working.
As long as you are well prepared, they should not be too hard for you :)

Entretien
First there was a call with an HR person. Next step was the interview with a manager. It was a short one, but very professional and to the point. The main focus was on how I would potentially fit the team and what are the specifics of the company and the Polish office. Finally there was a technical interview. First questions were more soft-skills ones, then a technical part that was mostly reviewing or completing existing code with additional questions. The interviewer was very friendly with a helpful approach.

2 Rounds- 1. Technical - Technical round was good and they asked about the java8,Spring,Hibernate/JPA, Rest API. 2. Techno-managerial - Asked about the process and Leadership skills. Asked about previous projects/work experiences, and about current project roles and responsibilities.

A total of 3 rounds. 1. Codility round (Java + Spring coding test) 2. Technical round (Backend technical grinding) 3. Engineering Manager or DNA fit round (Mostly of project, technical know-how, attitude check, DNA etc.)
