I went to more interviews than the normal process because mutually we came to the conclusion that my experience and expertise would be a better fit to a newly create role rather than the role I was applying for.
The fact that this was possible, and despite the busy schedules of everyone involved, there was this kind of felxibility and willingness to put everyone in het / his strenghth was one of the prime reasons for me to go for a jopb a BackBase.
The process did involve a good mix of speaing to peers for learning more about Backbase and everyone was very open and transparent, also about the things that do not quite work as they should. The case presentation was a good means of getting to the essence of what the role entails and where iy most definitly will be challenging.
All in all a solid application process with very driven people.
