There were 3 rounds. 1. Round 1 - First round was Codility Test, which consists of 3 parts. First part was multiple choice question, followed by two parts, which were coding questions 2. Round 2 - Round 2 was technical round, which consists of technical questions on my skillset, as well as review of the round 1 questions 3. Round 3- Round 3 was primarily Behavioral round, and cultural fit round

First there was a call with an HR person. Next step was the interview with a manager. It was a short one, but very professional and to the point. The main focus was on how I would potentially fit the team and what are the specifics of the company and the Polish office. Finally there was a technical interview. First questions were more soft-skills ones, then a technical part that was mostly reviewing or completing existing code with additional questions. The interviewer was very friendly with a helpful approach.
