The entire process was smooth, fast, clear and candidate-friendly. REcruiter kept me informed throughout, the case was on-point and intriguing. After the interviews themselves I was able to close the offer within a matter of 3/4 hours.

The interview process went very smooth. There was very good and close contact with the recruiter regarding the process. Next to that, the interview rounds were planned very quick.
The interviews and case study itself were interesting and it was clear that the people from Backbase spend time in the process and interviews. Happy to be part of this company!

first interview with the HR, then interview with the manager, then group interview with the person related to this position, then case presentation and final interview with the CEO. It was a lengthy process but very interesting
