Interview process was very unique and smooth. It took only couple of weeks from 1st interaction to offer release date.
Couple of technical rounds were there, out of these 1st was Backbase codility challenge and other one round was about clean code or coding standards with on screen live debugging / troubleshooting of sample code. And next one was techno-managerial round in which architectural and situation based discussion was happened around tech stack mentioned in resume and job profile both.
Overall interview process was awesome and hassle free

Actually I don't remember exact questions, but those who has regular competitive coding practice they can easily crack the coding round and live debugging round as well.

Entretien
First there was a call with an HR person. Next step was the interview with a manager. It was a short one, but very professional and to the point. The main focus was on how I would potentially fit the team and what are the specifics of the company and the Polish office. Finally there was a technical interview. First questions were more soft-skills ones, then a technical part that was mostly reviewing or completing existing code with additional questions. The interviewer was very friendly with a helpful approach.

2 Rounds- 1. Technical - Technical round was good and they asked about the java8,Spring,Hibernate/JPA, Rest API. 2. Techno-managerial - Asked about the process and Leadership skills. Asked about previous projects/work experiences, and about current project roles and responsibilities.

Because of the smooth interview process I didn't felt like questions were being asked rather it was a really nice discussion with the panelist.
