Entretien
I had two assignments and four online conversations. All went smoothly. I was receiving detailed feedback once every had finished. The feedback was delivered by the recruiter via e-mail. The whole interviewing process allowed me to uncover myself as a candidate from all perspectives. I am quite happy that this company has this good interviewing process, though I will be working with other guys that were selected with the same precision. I anticipate a lot of fun and inspiration. UPD: I can confirm my good impression of this company once the onboarding week had passed recently. I am glad that I choose the offer from it.

Onboarding is virtual and is seamless. Great experience. I am going to join Backbase soon and I highly recomment friends and colleagues to choose Backbase to experiene exponential growth in the career.
The interview process consisted of several steps/interviews but it went pretty smoothly. There was a mix of standard interviews and case studies/presentations. It was demanding but I enjoyed it, as I could present my skills and experience from different perspectives.
