Entretien
The first step was a one on one chat over call with the HR, where in basic details were asked and discussed. Second step was an interview with Principal designer to showcase one of the projects. Third step was task which had to be completed in a week's time. Last step was a direct video call with the designer and BA to present the task completed.
I got rejected because I didn't have B2B2C experience, in the first recruiter interview. The recruiter seemed very friendly, but they were looking for something very specific. I didn't get to the second round to write about it, unfortunately.
The interview process at Backbase for this specific role was smooth and interesting, not short but clear, the expectations were quite clear and overall it was aligned with the role.

I was recommended for the role. The recruiter got back to me in a few days. I had the screening interview, after which they decided to not move forward with my profile.
