Quickly responded to application and cover letter. The process itself was comfortable, but they made it very clear the duties and roles of the position that did not seem encouraging of opportunities to grow or pick up more responsibility, despite it being an internship position where employees are usually given the chance to prove themselves throughout their hire.

Entretien
Submitted a resume and cover letter through a university job site. Sometime later, had a phone interview with HR and discussed education, interests, work experience, etc. Mostly resume stuff.
Was then contacted for a skype interview with two employees I'd be working with. Went a little more in depth with character and resume, but was a pretty laid back interview. Got an offer a few days after that.
