I applied online, then I received an email with links to do some online tests (basic English and problem solving, certainly not for experienced professionals and not for a director level; It seemed fishy so checked Glassdoor reviews and it was a shock how the reviews were awful - at this point I decided to withdraw my application and I made it clear on my email that I don't want to complete the process because of the reviews I've seen. Surprisingly, I received a new email from a senior person on the team - saying that they really like my profile and want to continue with the process for the position but they can't proceed without having the online tests done. So I took it as a gesture of goodwill and decided to resume the process, ironically the English test itself had a bunch of spelling and grammatical mistakes, the whole tests would take something like 4 hours or a bit more, very shallow and pointless. After completing them, the recruiter "who was previously chasing me" started replying with "ifs" about continuing the process and about the position. Long story short, my review is no far than the rest you'll find. My advice, you want to waste to your time? Apply for this place.
