The interview began with an introduction where the interviewer explained the purpose of the session and the role I was applying for. She asked questions to learn more about my previous experience, skills, and motivations for the position. My education and most relevant professional achievements were also discussed. The interviewer presented specific scenarios related to my experience and asked me to explain how I would handle them or how I had dealt with specific situations in the past. Finally, the interviewer explained the details regarding benefits, we also discussed my salary expectations and also she explained the next steps in the selection process and gave me an opportunity to ask additional questions.

The interview was to talk about my profile, goals and characteristics so they can find a positions that fits me the best, not only to fill a role. The interviewer was really nice and kind, she explained the whole process and how the system works.
