Entretien
First stage was a telephone interview, second stage was a coding test to be completed at home, final stage was an in person interview lasting 1 hour. In person interview consisted of a few tech questions followed by some whiteboard diagrams.

Entretien
I have the initial online interview with two interviewer: head of technology and project manager. They explained the overview of the business, team size and day-to-day job, and why they need a Japanese-speaking developer. After several technical and behavioural questions, they ask if I have any questions. The whole process took about 50 minutes (it was extended as I had lots of questions).

Entretien
Process was nice, i went through 3 Skype interviews: one in which they get to ask some personal / general question, one live coding test with 5 questions and 2 people analyzing your code as you go and one interview with one of the company's software architect to ask about design patterns and code structure.
