Basically they ignore and don't respond to your applications for months. I had to connect through linkedin with the recruiter in order to get an interview. Interview made just for justify the wage of the philosopher (a philosopher who believes to be a recruiter, what a joke!). Pretty silly and superficial questions and in the end he tried to belittle me and my qualifications. They disciminate on your age and sexuality and make fun of it! Very complex, 6 rounds of interviews for a total of 5 hours without any break. Complex technical questons and many brainteaser. I didn't like the atmosphere of the bank, it was very old style
