The interview was in person, easy going, about 6-8 questions with a recruiter. As a new grad, the questions were behavioral type questions and asked for examples from RN school & clinical experience. The interview felt rushed since it was the end of the day, and I was not certain if it went well or not, but I think the recruiter was just tired from interviews. I did get a call back.

phone interview with HR that you could schedule fiveish questions(?): one asked strengths and weaknesses they gave me options on positions based on the location you gave them, i picked the one that i’ve heard of but if you’re adamant on a specific unit you could ask to keep waiting(?) (that’s what i’ve heard from fellow orientee)
