I requested a Banner facility for my senior practicum because I knew that they had a good track record with hiring new graduates. They refer to the senior practicum as the "nurse pre-residency program," and admittance into this program required an interview. It was a panel interview (3 interviewers) which I initially found intimidating, but they were kind and easy to talk to.
