Direct referral, Internal recruiter Screened me 1st, 2nd Recruiter call outlined the interview process. Interviews with CRO, CMO, CISO, COO, CEO,.. then call from CRO that I would be getting an offer. I accepted Immediately. The whole process took less than 3 weeks.
