Went online and filled out application through portal online, received call from the Department Manager, interviewed with Department Manager and then floor managers. Everyone was very thorough and engaging. Answered all questions that I had and received a good idea of how the area is run.

Entretien
Very straightforward, wonderful in how they reach out to you and communicate effectively throughout the process. Would work for Baptist if I still lived in Alabama ! Was a little nervous but they were so easy going that it went away.
