Applied online. Phone interview with recruiter about 2 weeks later. Recruiter was great. Friendly, smart, informed about company, position, benefits and culture. Second phone interview with hiring manager. Straight forward, friendly, positive. Wanted to understand my industry experience and specific job day to day background. Third interview in person group interview with hiring team. Had to prepare and present a deck answering few questions that proved I knew how to do the job and understood the landscape of the industry and field. Fourth interview in person with one of the founders. Very casual and easy going. Asked smart, relevant questions to the role and industry. Open to critical feedback of business that is positive and helpful. Got job offer and went over benefits - super easy and clear. Had personal calls with recruiter and hiring manager about questions and concerns. It was a smooth, great process.
