Great interview process consisting of multiple rounds meeting leads in different departments to garner cultural fit.
Final round was a design test on a campaign.
Everyone was very friendly and asked thoughtful questions.

Entretien
Had a phone interview and was requested to do a test project. Spent the whole weekend on the project and submitted that Monday. Never heard anything back. Complete waste of my time and very disrespectful to the creative industry. Believe it or not, we like having time off too!

I thought this was an odd process. Mostly because I talked to so many people and then never heard back. They have a reputation for it which makes me suspect they don’t value their employees if they don’t care about their potential employees. But why waste everyone’s time?
