Had a positive 30 minute call with a hiring manager, covered a lot of ground & seemed like a productive chat including the reliance on their feedback culture.
I raised the bad glassdoor reviews & how they were addressing them - to which he seemed a bit embarrassed but overall how they had a proper response planned.
Unfortunately I didn't get selected so I asked for feedback (based on our chat about their 'strong' feedback culture) and got blanked.
Would recommend listening to the reviews on glassdoor based on this, but if you still want the job don't raise them in an interview...

The process was smooth and respectful. I had four rounds: a quick screening call, an interview with a PM about my background, a 2-hour case study (1 hour to work on it alone, then ~45 mins to present), and a final chat with engineering + design + the CPO.
I really liked the case format — no pressure of solving live in front of people, but also not the huge time commitment of a full take-home. The whole thing took about 3 weeks start to finish, and everyone I spoke with was super nice and professional.
Overall, one of the better interview experiences I’ve had.

Overall a decent interview process. First call with the Talent team was mainly just a chat about the role, not really any questions about my suitability for the role. Then I had a 30min call with a Product team member. This was casual and I got a long well with the interviewer. Then I was invited to the next stage which included a task where I had an hour to analyse a problem about what might be causing drop-off during their request a quote flow. They provide some context and data, and ask you to suggest ways to reduce drop-off. Although they wanted to see my methodology, they were interested in the hypothetical improvements I suggested and ask me practical questions about how I'd implement and test them. Only let down from the process was the feedback which consisted of a few words with minimal detail or explanation - given the time I'd invested in the process I would have expected a couple of sentences. I followed up with the Talent team but never received a response.
