Was contacted for an interview after a career fair. Went on site for the interviews. Took about an hour. Was more focused on seeing if my career interests aligned with the position.

None of the people interviewing me had seemed to look at my resume prior. The last guy came into the room and was looking at his Apple Watch while I was speaking and swore. Very unprofessional and rude.

Process was pretty straightforward: first had a call with a recruiter, then a call with the region's partner, and finally an in person interview with the team at the project site I would be working with.
