Could be more personable but it’s a panel interview so expected to not be. Made it much more intense. Also ended almost abruptly and nothing was asked of me. Not even if I had any questions. Was weird.

The application and selection process is a long one. It starts with a written examination (multiple choice and asked semi-intuitive questions. Familiarize yourself with reading schedules. Questions are basically based on time management and reading the schedule accordingly (ie: if john needs to be at [destination] by 5pm, what bus does he need to take from station a to get to station b).
You need at least a 70% score to move on to the next phase which is a situational test and you need a 70% score on the situational to move on to a panel interview held that same day. A passing score (70%) on these steps is required to get to the agility test.
The situational test is 6-8 questions given after watching a 1 minute video. This is held in a classroom setting with the video playing on a big screen. They will only play the video once. The video is basically a POV of a train car except for one that was inside a vehicle or bus. They asked questions like:
-How many people were standing on the yellow strip of the platform.
-How many track workers were on the left/right side of the train
-What flag color was one of the workers holding up
-At what speed did the train enter the platform
-What station name was on the sign above
-What indicator light flashed on the console as you were stopping/entering the platform
-How many black spaces were in front of the train after it made a complete stop
-How many turns did you make before reaching your destination (this was the vehicle/bus one)
The panel interview follows the situational test if you passed with a 70% or higher. You get called 2 at a time and depending on how many people out of the group of 15 (this was my group size) make it; determines how long you wait.
You enter a room in which one person is sitting in the corner (supposedly they're just there as a witness and to make sure you are properly accommodated). The panel members will ask you 6 questions and are all via webcam. During my interview there were 3 of them. You are placed in front of a computer and a sheet of paper is in front of you with the questions they are asking. (I've tried my best to sum up the questions below. I suggest you look up behavioral interviews as all but 1 question were behavioral questions.
