Had an employee referral, less than 20 minute interview all together because they didn't even ask about my resume, just asked when I could start. Attentive to timeliness. Nice people, though.

phone interview followed by formal in person interview. Interviews were easy and casual. Be prepared to answer questions about safety and leadership. Be honest and humble don't pretend to be macho.
