Filled out papers, then chatted some employees who pretended to be customers to get a feel about my professional attitude. Then I spoke with the CSR manager and the CORE team manager.

Lengthy, difficult interview. I don't really want to answer this question, because my job could be placed in jeopardy, if they found out I posted this. I'm sorry, but this is a terrible process. Please stop requiring this.
