J'ai passé un entretien chez Bask Health (New York, NY)
Entretien
Three rounds plus an assessment for a Customer Success Engineer role. Recruiter screen, then a technical conversation with my future manager, then a culture fit round with the co-founders.
The assessment was practical and relevant — tested real skills, not trivia.
Each round served a clear purpose and communication was straightforward throughout. No unnecessary delays or hoops.
Le processus a pris 2 semaines.
Entretien
I had a really good experience interviewing with Bask overall. The whole process felt smooth, well organized, and pretty straightforward.
It started with a recruiter call where they asked about my background and experience, and also took some time to explain more about Bask, what they do, and the role itself.
After that, I was given a take-home assignment. At first, it looked a little challenging, but once I got a better understanding of how their app worked, it actually felt pretty straightforward and not too bad.
Next was a conversation with the Head of Product. That interview was more focused on my technical background and also how I handle customer issues and think through solving problems.
Then I met with the CEO. The conversation was more relaxed and conversational compared to a traditional interview, and it felt like an opportunity for both sides to get to know each other better. It seemed focused on overall fit and alignment with the team.
I ended up getting an offer about three days later.
Overall, the whole process took around two weeks, and I had a genuinely positive experience. Everyone I spoke with was helpful, answered any questions I had, and made the process feel really comfortable. I also appreciated that I was given time to ask questions throughout the process, which made it feel thoughtful and balanced.

Entretien
The process was pretty straightforward (exactly 20 days).
1. 15-minute call with HR covering standard background questions. The recruiter was supportive and transparent about the role and the company.
2. Assessment on their platform. There was a learning curve at first, which makes sense, as they want to see how candidates approach unfamiliar tools. After a few rounds of experimenting, the interface became clear.
3. Technical interview with the Head of Product, focused on technologies and challenges from my previous experience.
4. Meeting with the co-founders covering background, career challenges, and time for questions about the company.
5. Offer.
Overall experience: Positive, quick, and well-structured.
