Interview was fairly easy and brief and scheduled in the morning about 20 minutes. Interviewer asked about 2 questions and confirmed some information on application. They would call back if interested.

Recruiter called 2 hours after submitting application. Phone interview within the week with recruiter, analytical and STAR questions. Then received in person interview with desired unit which was more laid back.

A recruiter reached out to me via linkedin and provided me with information on the organization and helped me prepare for it. For the interview, the managers were accomodating of my inability to make it to Cooperstown and carried out the interview with me over the phone
