Multiple zoom interviews then in person interview. Entry level interview was focused on your experience in college, what are you most proud of, what is ur biggest failure, what do you like about Bastian solutions
Three interviews first two virtual third in person all very easy want to get to know you, how you think, and how you make decisions. The first two interviews were one on ones with someone form HR for the first one. The second interview is with the team leader and function manager for the job you're going to be applying into and the third is with all previous interviewers and the general manager, and is conducted board style.
