I have been interviewed two times in this company and I would like to share that the interviewers are pathetic there because they do not listen to what the interviewee is saying.
Their ego hurt so easily . All they will do is try to make you fail in one particular area of your skill set and keep on stretching in that area instead of moving to another set of questions. Basware really need to change their interview panels at Chandigarh Location. Interviewers are too much inclined towards theoretical answers instead of practical ones given by candidate.
