I had a disappointing experience with this company, which I initially believed to be among the leading employers in the Tricity area. My observations indicated a highly politicized environment and concerns about the integrity of the hiring process, including a perception of a candidate shortlist circulating within a closed network. There appears to be a disconnect between leadership and some operational practices, with concerns about decision-making processes in recruitment being perceived as opaque. While the HR and Talent Acquisition structure is strong on paper, there are perceived gaps in execution and accountability that warrant attention. I believe there is value in focusing on transparent hiring practices, ethical standards, and consistent communication from leadership to all employees.
