The interview process is in group interviews. The interviewer asks a round of questions and each person has to answer them. Then the interviewer takes you on a tour of the back office/storage area and describes the company and the store itself. It is a fairly nice interview. Then the interviewer tells you when they will be making a decision and they will get back to you.

Easy and straightforward! One in-person interview with the manager after applying online and then I received an offer during the interview. Worked here for 2 years and loved it. Basic questions about previous experience and why this company

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
