The company is looking for someone with an outgoing personality and has great communication skills with customers and amongst team members.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
