Really positive, felt listened too and supporter. Interviewers were engaged in the conversation and I felt comfortable to ask them questions. Had different stages so felt like it really tested different aspects of the role and therefore the right candidate was selected.

Has practical element as well as sit down interview. Tests your knowledge of dog behaviour, breeds, need to come prepared with experience. Need to be confident around dogs in kennel environment

Detailed interview. Has two parts, a spoken and practical interview. Based off how you are with the animals. Easy to answer if you know what you’re talking about when it comes to dogs/cats welfare.
