On-campus interview at my university after a career fair, meet with a 4-person recruiting team from Baxter and interviewed with one, took 2 months for them to get back to me as they had many other recruiting events later in the fall.

Entretien
The interview was decent. I started off strong but unfortunately, I went in unprepared and performed badly. Luckily, the interviewers were nice enough to give me tips on where I could improve myself for future interviews.
