Interviewer was bit tough, pathetic bengali java guy, he thinks that he know everything. but according to me he doesn't know many things.
He should be cooperative to the candidates, because of him baxter image is getting down.
i according to me no one should join this type of organizations.

There were 3 rounds, first two being the technical and the last being the managerial round which was on-site. In-depth knowledge of the programming language was checked with some OS related questions. I had interviewed as a 6+ years experience candidate.

In-depth C++ concepts and few programming questions. The difficulty level was average.
I have around 3 rounds of interview which has two technical round and one manager round. Technical round mostly related to basics, programming etc.. and in manger round is like hypothetical questions. overall not too hard not too easy

The interview process was very good. The HR people followed up continuously, asked each question, and clarified everything very nicely. They asked technical questions based on the project and its implementation.
