I came on a job fair day, it was a well-oiled machine and process. After initial contact they take basic info in person leading to a brief interview with a supervisor. After starting an account with their website you are invited to digitally sign several documents and verify your identity. A background check is done as well as an eye exam and urine drug screening. They are professional and someone is available to answer questions. With minimal waiting it took 4 hours total. I was handed a hiring checklist of which most had been checked off. The next step is waiting for someone to text me for a physical exam that they pay for after which I am to communicate with a supervisor before attending orientation. Roughly a two-week process. I might add that I was impressed by the genuine nature of the people I met.
