Screening interview with a recruitment agent over the phone, followed by a video interview over Microsoft Teams with the hiring manager and a subsequent cluster of Teams interviews with two groups (3 people each) of senior leaders.

They asked for video interview, once submitted, no feedback was received. There were many questions which were aimed at behavioral aspects. There were some technical question also. One question was about why you want to work for Baxter
