Interviewed separately three times. First interview was an on-site interview from the direct supervisor and team lead which made sense since you would be reporting directly to this personnel. The questions are pertinent and made sense and lasted half an hour. The second interview was another onsite interview the next day with the maintenance manager and for some reason the process engineer, was a little conflicted about this interview since the engineer doesn't seem to be needed to interview the lowest level maintenance position unless this interview was also being used as training guide for the engineer on how to conduct interviews. Again pertinent questions about the job and responsibilities coming from the manager. The third interview was at the same location 30 minutes later but for some reason was a zoom meeting with human resource personnel which started 15 minutes late due to some issues, it felt like the interviewer was not ready for this. The questions were impertinent and technical, HR staff does not have the technical knowledge and expertise to evaluate the answers given. The HR interview was a little hostile and feels like the interviewer was not prepared especially coming late into this interview. The first 2 interviews made sense, HR seemed like redundant and it seemed like the interviewer did not understand their job title coming into this interview. Seemed like an unnecessary step.
