It was one of the most intense interviews I have ever experienced, among a panel of interviewers. They were very friendly and very throrough in making sure that I fit the job and the culture of the department. I felt comfortable but nervous and I felt the challenge of making sure that I come across as the best candidate for the position.

Conducted and interview with the off going and on coming nurse manager and then had a peer interview. I loved the opportunity to have a peer interview to ask questions specific to the unit.

The management was vey organized, very courteous, & professional. I was introduced to supervisors, charge nurses, and other management. I was made to feel comfortable & given a tour of the unit.
