I had applied to the Sales Assistant position advertised online. A member of the HR team had then contacted me to clarify a few details and arrange a face to face interview with the Managing Director. Everyone at the Be Interactive office was incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
The manager sat me down and explained in detail about the clients they are working with, campaigns they run, and what I would be expected to do in the role.
I received a call that evening inviting me back for the second round interview the next day. This was a day to set up to show me how the team represents their clients and conducts sales presentations. This day was really informative, set up well and allowed me to answer all of the questions I had.
At the end of the day I sat back down with the Managing Director and discussed how I found the day, whether I think I would be a good fit for the role and the different opportunities available moving forward.
I had a really exciting, pleasant and informative interview with the Be Interactive team!

Strict but well organised. They do a good job at making you feel comfortable and needed. So there's no stress or feeling like your not an individual. However their management can be a little better but aside from that they have a good solid foundation for their interviews.

Overall pretty poor interview with the managing director. I was excited and prepared my goals and previous history etc. but the interview felt very rushed. No questions about my experience/goals or anything really- He just kept asking me if i had any more questions after answering them.... i was hoping he'd be interviewing me xD Probably because i assume many people are confused about what the role is - not in office but day-to-day sales which can be in shopping centres for companies/clients or in business', and possibly occasionally over the phone??not too sure. I just went with what i could and talked about myself as much as i could. Went for only about 10-15 mins
