Phone interview with a woman (unsure of her title). Lasted about 20 minutes. I was overqualified for the position and we both realized that during the interview so it went pretty quickly.

I applied online and came in a couple days later. I came in and met the HR team. I went in for my interview with the Office Manager. She was super nice and actually took interest in my hobbies from my resume. Honestly that was a refresher from other interviews that I've been on. She explained the business and what they're looking for. I had no idea what the company was about when I applied. They were very clear on what they do and didn't mind me asking questions about their start and goals now. I was selected for the next interview that was with an account manager. They showed more in depth what the position looked like, event planning, schedule, goals for new clients, and how they help clients. Showing people that want to get hired EXACTLY what they're getting into was great!! I don't like companies that hide the truth until you get hired.
