Two to three step process . Questions and video interview. Very simple easy to answer questions. Nothing too intimidating or daunting. But you should know what you want and have a love for all things beauty. Be presentable, confident and smile.

The first interview was with the hiring manager. We were on the phone for about 45 minutes. For the second interview, I was sent a link and had to record myself answering five questions. They wanted to see my sales capabilities and skills.

I had one phone call interview with a recruiter and received an offer on the spot. Granted this was a few years ago when the company was smaller and the recruitment process has probably changed since then.
