The interview was one on one with a District Manager. It was very casual and a comfortable setting. She asked some questions and chatted a bit to ensure it was relaxing. I was contacted within two weeks and offered the position. Training started immediately after. It was a relatively straightforward process.

It's a one on one interview with scripted interview questions. They will also ask you to pick up a product and sell it to them. The best way to do this is to read the back and front and go from there.
