I got contacted for an on-site interview in the Month of November. I was interviewed by 8 pairs of engineers and HR people. It was both technical and behavioral. Focused lot on there products and design ideas. I thought the interview went pretty well and was hoping a positive reply within two weeks. They did not get back to me until Feb 2010 in-spite of my regular phone calls and interviews to the HR at Indianapolis site. Finally, got to know that the hiring manager was out of Chaska who contacted me in Feb.
