- Submitted my resume directly after calling the hotel to get an exact name and e-mail of who I should contact
- One phone screening
- Two in-person interviews
- Wage/Salary negotiates were completed in the presence of others which is when I learned there is not Human Resources department. The Hiring Manager is your Director/boss.
- Questions about how I handle change were asked which makes sense in hindsight because the hotel itself is going through a change in mangement
