I had a great experience throughout the interview process at Behavox, which consisted of three rounds. Before each round, the recruiter provided detailed instructions on how to prepare, including a helpful breakdown of the key areas to focus on. Initially I had a call with the recruiter, where we discussed the role and my experience. Shortly after, I received a link to take a cognitive test.
The first round was a technical interview, lasting 60-90 minutes. Since the role was primarily front-end focused, the questions centered around core front-end knowledge, both theoretical and practical.
The second round was an interview with the Engineering Manager, lasting 60 minutes, and focused on competencies specific to Behavox.
The final round was a cultural fit and attitude interview with the VP, also lasting 60 minutes.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the process. The feedback was prompt and clear, and the recruiter’s detailed prep materials for each round were invaluable. They saved me time, reduced stress, and ensured I was well-prepared every step of the way.
