I had 1 interview and was hired on the spot for full time in the men's department, 6 months later I was placed into the STMDP program. I applied online at career builder and HR contacted me fast and wanted me to take the personality test that day so I could go in for an interview the following day. I have a lot of experience though so that's probably why they wanted me so bad.
